Cauliflower Cheese Soup In 3 T. margarine,
saute until tender crisp: 1 1/2 c. raw
cauliflower in 1/4" flowerets Add 1 1/4 c, water 2/3 c. Velveeta 1 chicken bouillion
cube Dash of nutmeg Dash of allspice
and 1/2 c. milk, heat
to boiling, stirring. Add 1/3 c. dry
white wine, boil 1 min. Garnish with 3 T. finely chopped green pepper |
